Information on the Protection of Personal Data;

As PUREAURA, we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”). We would like to inform our customers about our purpose and methods of collecting, processing and transferring personal data and your rights arising from the Law accordingly.

1. Methods of collecting personal data

As PUREAURA, as the data controller, within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the legislation; we collect your personal data verbally, through the website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means, verbally, in writing or electronically for the purposes of allowing you to benefit from the services of our brands, informing you about our campaigns upon your approval, recording your suggestions and complaints, creating better service standards for you, determining and implementing PUREAURA commercial and business strategies.

2. Processing of personal data and purposes of processing

As PUREAURA, in the capacity of data controller, through our call centers, written communication channels, social media pages, mobile communication channels, in-store communication channels and/or all kinds of channels including but not limited to these; your personal and/or special personal data that we obtain with your consent can be obtained, recorded, stored, stored, changed, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, classified, kept for the period required for the purpose of processing or for the period stipulated in the relevant law, shared/transferred with private-legal entities that PUREAURA works with or public institutions and organizations that it is legally obliged to and/or relevant 3rd party real persons/legal entities residing in Turkey or abroad, and transferred abroad in the event of legal or service-related actual requirements.

PUREAURA may only process your personal data in question; domestically, based on your explicit consent or within the framework of the security and confidentiality principles specified in the Law, provided that sufficient measures are taken, and abroad, provided that the necessary security measures are taken, for the purposes of carrying out the Company’s activities, ensuring the business relationship between data owners and our customers and/or holding meetings for this purpose, providing services, opportunities and facilities, and increasing the quality of service; Our group companies, business partners, customers with whom we have agreements and provide services due to our activities, suppliers, audit companies or public institutions or organizations authorized to request this data due to a legal obligation, may share it with other relevant authorities, including but not limited to these.

4. Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Law”)

PUREAURA will respond to the following requests of the relevant persons:

1. a) To learn whether PUREAURA processes personal data about them and which personal data it processes,
2. b) To obtain information regarding the purposes of the processing activity,
3. c) To know the third parties to whom PUREAURA transfers personal data domestically or abroad,
4. d) To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
5. e) To request deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law,
6. f) In case of a request for correction, deletion or destruction of personal data; request that the transactions made be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
7. g) Object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems and
8. h) Receive a copy of their personal data.

PUREAURA Online Shop requests some of your personal information (name, age, areas of interest, e-mail, etc.) in order to provide better service to its customers.
